Develop training plans for the assigned Operations (OPs) region.
Ensure training and development programs for staff and managers are implemented fully and on schedule.
Monitor and assess employee competencies.
Update new programs and training content according to each phase, aligned with learners’ needs.
Analyze and propose strategies for professional and leadership competency development for OPs managers.
Attract and retain talent through career path planning and employee training.
Train, supervise, and manage the training team.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training management and capability development strategy (at Manager level).
Good communication in English.
Experience in training and organizational capability development.
Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Economics.
