Mô tả công việc
- Making annual recruitment plan based on request from departments and factory, fluctuation of employment, etc.
- Update recruitment information on recruitment channels to attract suitable candiates for vacant job positions.
- Interviewing candidates to clarify their abilities and experience; supporting chosen candidates to prepare necessary legal documents before starting their job.
- Making annual training plan based on previous year data of: training results, need of training survey, report of disciplinary, report of labour incident, internal audit, etc.
- Prepare training sessions according to annual training plan.
- Tracking workforce contract (for both local and foreigner employees); making contract re-signing suggest list and annual evaluation list for employees ; drafting contract/ appendix according to Contract re-signing list.
- Making weekly, monthly and other kinds of report to HR Manager as required.
- Implementing any arising tasks as required by Superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate with a major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Proficiency English 4 skill
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in HR.
-- Excellent knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
- Professional experience within international companies.
- Strong integrity, professionalism and confidential manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactively focused on delivering results

- Salary - bonus will be worthy of the working capacity, which can be satisfied during the interview process
- Consider and evaluate annual salary increase
- Bonuses on holidays (April 30; May 1; September 2)

- Allow 12 days / year
