1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and execute annual recruitment plans and strategies aligned with business goals; ensure efficient hiring processes; maintain candidate and staffing records.

2. KPI Management:

Lead recruitment team performance; monitor and ensure KPI achievement; improve recruitment processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

3. Employer Branding:

Plan and manage employer branding activities across social media channels to enhance company image.

4. Talent Sourcing:

Leverage innovative sourcing methods and build HR networks to attract top talent.

5. Team Management:

University degree, priority for major related to HumanResources Management
At least 2 years working with the familiar
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Good Skill relating to recruit, screen- select CV, interview, follow upand complete the recruitment target
Communication with calm, effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly andopen-minded
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
High sense of responsibility in confidentialmatter
Be able to work under high pressure
Good written and verbal communication skills, both in Englishand Vietnamese
English: Intermediate – Be able to communicate by Email; prepare content on social media.
Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint…)
