Mô tả công việc
1. Training Program Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with suppliers to plan product training programs.
- Arrange schedules and organize training sessions, including preparing venues, support equipment, and necessary materials.
- Compile a list of participants and communicate to ensure full attendance.
- Assist suppliers and participants in addressing issues arising from the training program.
- Conduct post-training evaluations.
2. Administration and Record Keeping:
- Develop forms for management and reporting purposes.
- Monitor and report on training metrics such as participation rate, satisfaction level, and training outcomes.
- Track attendance for participants during training sessions.
- Ensure that product training activities comply with the company's regulations and procedures.
3. Other tasks as assigned by upper management
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prioritize applicants with internship or work experience in HR.
- Good English communication ability: listening and reading comprehension; Write reports and draft documents.
- Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; Basic MS Word
- Knowledge of Canva
