Training Operation Specialist

1. Training Program Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact with suppliers to plan product training programs.
• Arrange schedules and organize training sessions, including preparing venues, support equipment, and necessary materials.
• Compile a list of participants and communicate to ensure full attendance.
• Assist suppliers and participants in addressing issues arising from the training program.
• Conduct post-training evaluations.

2. Administration and Record Keeping:

• Develop forms for management and reporting purposes.
• Monitor and report on training metrics such as participation rate, satisfaction level, and training outcomes.
• Track attendance for participants during training sessions.
• Ensure that product training activities comply with the company's regulations and procedures.

3. Other tasks as assigned by upper management
