*Summary:
Undertakes administrative job duties as IT pertains to the sales department.
Utilizes skills to make certain that all sales people have the proper equipment or literature to do their job.
Meets with sales employees to make new plans related to sales or how to improve the job.
*Responsibilities:
• Support to sales activities with traditional customers including bidding, quotation and contract, delivery.
• Generate and processes new sales leads as necessary
• Take sales information and puts IT into an easily readable format
• Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
• Make sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals
• Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
• Arrange appointments with clients and sales team
• Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Update all contact information for clients
• Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
• Arrange travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office
• Do any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team
• Provide construction support including equipment transportation, insurance for machine
• Complete the settlement profile to submit to the customers Sales Support Skills

Yêu cầu công việc
• Male , from 25 years old with at least 3 years’ experience in sales or sales support
• Graduated Trade and Economic University
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Knowledge/ Experience in process engineering and/or the reliability function within heavy industry is preferable(i.e. Pulp & Paper, Metals, Mining, Power, Oil & Gas …)
