This position is responsible for implementing 6S and continuous improvement in the company.

Responsibilities

1. 6s:

• Workflow standardization: Kanban system design, implementation, and follow-up
• Evaluate the capability of the machine and process in order to do WIP standardization
• Standardize equipment, tools
• Join 6S activities: Join auditing, report 6S results, and give feedback to stakeholders.
• Visual control design and control

2. Kaizen program: Join driving continuous improvement in the company.

• Kaizen scheme follow-up & continuous improvement: The Kaizen committee and Kaizen team members encourage incentives for Kaizen ideas.
• Kaizen propaganda: Kaizen news, Kaizen workshop event, Kaizen monthly email, Kaizen corner
• Kaizen training, one-point lesson in the office and workshop
• Coordinate departments to support Kaizen idea execution, periodically report, and give feedback to the Kaizen committee
• Advise the department leaders on how to evaluate Kaizen ideas.

3. Lean application:

• Process analysis, A continuous identification of waste, and improvement: based on company pain points, analyze the process, identify bottlenecks, suggest solutions, and drive execution
• Improve tools and equipment: based on observation of worker motion and ergonomic benchmarks, improve tools and equipment.
• Benchmarking, researching best practices from other industries, companies, scientific articles, theses, videos, onsite visits… and apply the best method to the company

4. Company propaganda

• Prepare for customer visit and management team visit
• Support media members to arrange for video

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: industrial engineering, textile engineering, Lean-related majors
• Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office and analysis tools
• Years of Work Experience: 3 years
• Technical Skills: Lean knowledge
• Languages: Vietnamese – English, Chinese is an advantage
