• Monitoring and grasping the general production situation of the socks factory
• Manage and control all production orders (ensure %OTP), follow closely the information schedule of all production materials.
• Following the projects connected to the Digital roadmap and to be part of the digitalization team.
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
• Understand the manufacturing process of all products, each production step, and order information.
• Know how to analyze and assess all factors affecting production and delivery plans to make suitable adjustments.
• Understand the status of all packaging materials, loss and waste of materials in the process thereby establishing the correct norms to provide materials in time for production by using ERP system.
• Tracking orders and making reasonable production plans according to customer requirements and the actual production situation by using Planning system.
• Summarize and follow up shipment details plan.
• Follow up all the Digital projects and update status to superiors.
• Focus on the trainings about Industry 4.0 / Digitalization
• Be able to manage projects, can teach other people about new project, new system.
• Closely contact with other positions for support and timely information exchange about work.
• Have flexible and effective communication skills.
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors

• Minimum requirements
• Level: College upwards
• English level: English
• Computer skills: Good
• Have knowledge about: Safety, 5s
• Essential skills: Specialize
• Ability: Work independently and collectively
