Assist Head of Legal & Compliance to ensure the compliance of Company\\\'s operations with regulations of laws and internal regulations of the Company. Provide advice to legal matters arising from the Company\\\'s operation.
* Key responsibilities:
- Provide advice or handle for legal matters arising in the operation of the Company in order to ensure the compliance with regulations of laws as required by Management Team and other departments.
Draft / review / revise / comment on documents of the Company as required by Management Team and other departments.
- Review / draft contracts of Company (loan agreement, cooperation agreement, etc.) as required by Management Team and other departments.
- Prepare social life documentation (Meeting Minutes, Decisions of the Members’ Council, etc.) and ensure the compliance of elements pertaining to the social life of the Company (composition of the Members’ Council, amendment of Charter, etc.).
- Prepare / support other departments to prepare reports to submit to competent authorities.
- Review internal regulations and procedures of the Company to ensure the compliance with regulations as required by Management Team and other departments.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws affecting the Company and ITs operations.
- Other duties as required by Head of Legal & Compliance.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- At least 5 years experience in an international law firm or financial institution.
- Having a serious sense of responsibility and focusing on the work.
- Strong skills in analysis, drafting of contracts and legal documents, negotiation, presentation.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Management and teamwork skills.
- Efficiency in computer skill.
- Being proactive.
- Being people orientated.
