Mô tả công việc
- Monitor, manage, store, file/document, relevant administrative documents.
- Manage stationery, equipment, and assets of the Company.
- Coordinating implementation of office administrative work.
- Make lease contract, manage repair items, and track payments related to rental properties.
- Print and store monthly invoices.
- Search for suppliers, negotiating, purchasing.
- Prepare for monthly truck praying.
- Plan the monthly birthday party of the company's employees.
- Prepare plans and reports as requested by the Director.
- On behalf of the Director to work with individuals and agencies when authorized.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Gender: female
- Bachelor’s degree or 4th year students, prefer candidates who graduated from Business Administration, Commerce, or other relevant professions.
- Proficiency in English or Proficiency in Korea is a plus.
- Attention to details and ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
- Honest and hard-working.
- Multi-tasking.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Quyền lợi
- Working time:
+ 8:30 – 17:30 from Monday – Friday
+ 2 days of Saturday in a week (8:30 – 15:00)
