Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Interior Project Manager (Office/ Retail, $1500, ID24158):
Operational Execution & Strategic Planning
Direct the simultaneous mobilization of multiple high-end corporate office and retail brand boutique fit-out projects.
Establish rigorous project roadmaps, master resource schedules, and granular execution timelines.
Foster close collaboration across design studios, QS estimators, procurement teams, and field engineers.
Supervise the critical bridge phase to facilitate a seamless transition from approved design layouts to active site construction.
Stakeholder & Client Relations
Serve as the primary liaison and strategic point of contact for corporate developers and brand clients.
Chaperone and orchestrate key project milestones, including kick-off briefings, weekly progress alignment, and structural handovers.
Ensure swift resolution of inquiries, maintaining exemplary client-satisfaction scores.
Evaluate, negotiate, and secure formal sign-offs for client-driven Variation Orders (VOs).
Financial Control & Resource Optimization
Track project cash flow pipelines, cost allocations, and actual expenditure against baseline budgets.
Appraise and audit BOQ documentation, vendor quotation packets, and specialized subcontractor agreements.
Mitigate project cost overruns through proactive variation control.
Site Management, Quality & Compliance
Command on-site execution to guarantee alignment with approved detailed drawings, strict landlord criteria, and municipal regulations.
Liaise directly with building management boards, developers, and local authorities.
Audit and push subcontractor progress to maintain uncompromised timeline commitments.
Enforce high-fidelity standards in decorative finishes, detail execution, and defect resolution.
Administer workplace safety codes, corporate policies, and accident prevention protocols.
Risk Mitigation
Predict potential engineering bottlenecks and draft operational contingency plans.
Resolve structural and logistical field complications promptly to prevent delay penalties.
Yêu cầu công việc
Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience within the interior fit-out industry, with a strong portfolio in high-end office spaces or retail environments. Proven experience collaborating with Japanese corporate clients is highly desired.
Technical Core: Extensive competence in supervising structural finishing details and coordinating MEP systems. Highly developed project management and resource coordination capabilities.
Soft Skills & Attributes: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Outstanding resilience under tight schedules, exceptional attention to design details, and strong leadership traits.
Language: Fluency in professional English (both spoken and written).
