Mô tả công việc
1. Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct supplier assessments for Vietnam factories and provide detailed English-written reports.
- Assist Vietnam factories in setting up audit systems and implementing CAPA improvements.
- Monitor and follow up on action points until completion.
- Work within Target, ICTI, BSCI, Sedex, and GSV audit systems.
2. Quality Control (QC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections in the Stationery, Artistic Gift Products, Hardware, and Electronic products industries.
- Follow up on quality defects during inspections and prepare English inspection reports.
- Monitor supplier defect improvements and oversee the manufacturing process.
- Ensure all products meet testing standards and requirements.
Yêu cầu công việc
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with excellent English communication skills and fluency in Vietnamese.
- Experience with audit systems such as Target, ICTI, BSCI, Sedex, GSV.
- Experience on both inspection and factory audit (Quality system, RS and C-TPAT ) experience on consumer products
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility, work ethic, and principled character.
- Ability to stay in Vietnam for the duration of the position.
- More than 3 years of inspection experience in the Stationery, Artistic Gift Products, Hardware, or Electronic products industries.
- Familiarity with testing standards in these industries.
- Candidates should be hardworking, meticulous, and have strong attention to detail.
