Mô tả công việc
- Manage GxP documents and records: archiving SOPs, records... in an order manner; controlled copies issuance and tracking
- Verify GxP records related to warehouse operation to ensure its compliance with Data integrity and GSP requirements
- Comply related SOPs as required
- Support to deploy digital quality project at local level as assigned
- SOP simplification: work with Global Quality to harmonize local procedures and Global procedure; update / obsolete local SOP accordingly
- Support inspection readiness: review local procedures, define GAP/ room for improvement, follow up CAPA plan and implementation
- Support during the internal/ external inspection
- Have the right to temporarily suspend inbound, outbound, relabelling activities when detecting abnormalities, notify management team for next solutions.
- Reponsible for following all HSE guidelines and policies requested by the Group as well as contributing to the achievement of the HSE objectives.
- Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree of Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology or related fields
- Working for at least 1 year in QA department in Pharma industry
- Regulatory and company requirements, specifically pharmaceutical drug, Regulations, e.g. drug law, GMP, Pharmacopeia, ICH
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good at English
