-         Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished midsoles to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. 

-         Conduct daily patrol checks on the production line to identify defects, non-conformance, or process deviations.

-         Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve quality issues.

-         Collect, record, and analyze inspection data and maintain accurate QA documentation.

-         Support implementation of quality standards, SOPs, and customer requirements.

-         Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action/preventive action (CAPA) processes.

-         Participate in internal audits and prepare related reports.

-         Report quality issues or critical defects to QA Supervisor or Manager promptly.

-         Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies at all times.      

-         College degree or higher, priority is given to candidates who have just graduated;

-         Being creative, dynamic and enthusiastic at work;

-         Good English and Chines communication;

-         Good Office computer skills;

-         Have a long-term commitment;

-         Ability to solve problems, work under pressure;

-         Working experience as a Develop Officer or similar role is preferred. 

-         No experience will be trained.

-         Working from Monday to Friday (7:30-16:30), and a half of Saturday (7:30-12:00)
