Checking physical, chemical, and microbiological quality parameters for dried fruits, fresh fruits & vegetables
Conducting inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods against specifications and local regulatory standards.
Testing equipment such as moisture meters and refractometers.
Implementing and monitoring HACCP and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Understanding of allergen management (sulfites) and cross-contamination control.
Contaminant detection and removal technologies (e.g. metal detectors, X-ray inspection systems, optical sorters).
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quality data to identify trends and root causes of non-conformities. Oversee implementation and maintenance of quality systems and certifications (BRC, SEDEX, Organic, ISO, etc.)
Ensure adherence to international regulatory and customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.
Effective communicating quality standards and issues across production, management, and regulatory teams.
Keep up to date with changes in compliance and certification standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma in food technology, microbiology, agriculture or a related field.
Experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data management and reporting).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality control role in a food industry.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external stakeholders.
