Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of the data involved in the auditing and certification process before approval.
1. Confirm that the audit findings align with the certification standards and regulations applicable to the industry.
2. Thoroughly review all documentation submitted during the certification process to ensure IT meets the required criteria.
3. Identify any inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or gaps in the documentation or audit findings that need to be addressed.
4. Collaborate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to clarify any issues or discrepancies and gather additional information if needed.
5. Provide recommendations to the certifier regarding the certification status, including any conditions or corrective actions that may be necessary for approval.
6. Maintain detailed records of the review process, including findings, decisions, and any correspondence with stakeholders.
7. Work efficiently to complete the review process within the designated timeframe to minimize delays in certification decisions.
8. Correct data errors during the review process according to OS system standards.
• Associate or engineering degree in environment, garment or chemistry is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of working in relevant positions. Having experience in the certification industry is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Chain of Custody (CCS); Materials, Processes, & Products Classification (TE ASR 213); GRS TE Material Input; Policy of Scope Certificate (SC), policy of Transaction
Certificate (TC), Calibration Log (TE ASR-221), and others.
• Knowledge of auditing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially via phone and email.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient in Vietnamese and English in verbal and written communication
