I. PLANNING AND STRATEGY FOR YOGA SECTION
• Ensure Key result area are met including quality of service class and team productivity
• Work closely with Country Group X Manager to review monthly class schedule in the club to maximize class effectiveness
• Review and update new programs for Yoga section
• Develop and monitor the implementation of monthly and yearly plan for Yoga section including new program/ product plan, revenue plan
• Propose monthly and yearly training plan for fitness department
• Complete monthly executive audits to ensure operational excellence in each club in term of yoga class service
• Closely work with Marketing and Sales team to plan and organize variety of events and special classes/ programs to attract more member and promote Elite brand
• Represent the brand ambassador during club visits and ensure all corporate fitness initiatives and plays are being executed
• Work with business partners at both the club and district level to drive improved yoga program utilization and effectiveness of programming
II. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL THE REVENUE AND COST OF THE SECTION
• Plan and manage department yearly and month budget
• Implement annual group fitness labor budget
• Operate program within budget and deliver on strategic direction yoga department objectives
• Prepare cost analysis on existing and new programs
• Resolve concerns from members, yoga instructors, regional team and district teams on issues related to yoga
• Establishing policies and procedures for yoga section
• Control daily session count of yoga section

- Bachelor Degree in exercise science, physical education, business administration or related field preferred
- > 5 years’ experience in progressive fitness/group exercise management.
- Experience in Group Exercise teaching
- Experience managing product implementation process
- Experience in project management (Preferred)
- Experience working in fitness department or large multi-unit fitness company
Competencies
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
- Office skill (word, power point, excel)
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit, strong and professional appearance and behavior
- Communication skill in English
