arouse the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of employees within the department, and ensure
successful realization of the target of the department and team project
2. Make production plan according to the production order, achieve production output and efficiency
goals
3. Effective control of the production process to ensure high quality and efficient output to achieve
the set goals, analyze the production data, and continuous improve productions performance.
4. Manage production equipment and personnel to mobilize the enthusiasm of workers and ensure
the smooth implementation of sale production
5. Devoted to improve production efficiency and control production wastes.
6. Make the annual budget of the department and control the operation of the department according
to the budget
7. Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor .
Yêu cầu công việc

2. Understand raw materials and production process, have a good sense of quality and cost control
3. Strong ability of planning and execution, good ability of organization, coordination, managements
and control
4. Strong sense of responsibility and customer oriented
5. Proficiency in Ms-office software, good in listening, speaking, reading and writing English
6. Education background : College degree or above in manufacturing, engineering ,machinery,
enterprise management or related fields
