Mô tả công việc
- Check, update and maintain system records, certify the system of quality management standards, food hygiene and safety such as HACCP, ISO, ETC.
- Participate in annual audits to maintain the company's certifications.
- Supervise and coordinate with production managers to arrange the factory to ensure that the enterprise strictly adheres to the principles to meet the requirements of production conditions.
- Directly monitor and remind employees to comply with regulations in the factory to ensure food hygiene and safety. Train production staff on processes, practices and quality standards.
- Promptly report when detecting quality problems as well as in the working process, together with relevant parties to consider the causes and solve the consequences in case of errors.
- Take samples and work with testing units to verify samples.
- Check the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products to ensure the quality meets the requirements of the company.
- Propose new testing methods, improve production processes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from College or University of Food Technology or Biochemistry or other related majors such as pharmacy, food chemistry, production management,...
- Good knowledge of the quality management system such as HACCP and ISO is prefer
- At least 2 years working experiences as similar positions in food or cosmetic industry
- Good reading and writing skills in English is an advantage.
- Be Strong at analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
