Mô tả công việc
Với vị trí nhân viên vận hành máy ép nhưa, bạn sẽ hỗ trợ kĩ thuật cần thiết để vận hành thiết bị máy móc của nhà máy Air MI
- Cài đặt, vận hành và tùy chỉnh thiết bị dựa theo tiêu chuẩn quy định
- Đảm bảo việc duy trì, yêu cầu và kiểm soát tồn kho nguyên vật liệu và các thủ tục giấy tờ lưu trữ cần thiết.
- Vận hành thiết bị nặng, nhiệt độ cao một cách hiệu quả và an toàn
- Sửa chữa thiết bị khi có sự cố và thực hiện quy trình LOTO
- Tuân thủ và tuân theo các quy tắc an toàn của công ty.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bằng tốt nghiệp THPT và kinh nghiệm từ 1 năm trong kinh nghiệm sản xuất trở lên
- Có kinh nghiệm trong qui trình sản xuất nhựa (EVA, ép đùn, Tạo hạt) được ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trong việc cài đặt và khắc phục sự cố máy.
- Có kiến thức cơ học và kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề
- Có khả năng sử dụng cờ lê và các dụng cụ cầm tay khác trong khi vẫn đeo thiết bị bảo vệ cá nhân phù hợp
- Có khả năng tính toán các bài toán cơ bản như cộng, trừ, nhân, chia, sử dụng phân số và số thập phân và hiểu biết về đo lường
- Có khả năng xác định và phân biệt độ trong của sản phẩm và các khuyết tật rõ ràng trong khi kiểm tra sản phẩm
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường nhóm để đạt các mục tiêu sản xuất
- Có khả năng xử lý nhiều yêu cầu và ưu tiên thứ tự công việc để đáp ứng thời hạn sản xuất

- Lương cơ bản: 9.500.000 VNĐ (Gross/tháng)
- Có hỗ trợ cơm tại căn tin nhà máy
- Tham gia BHXH trên 100% lương
- Có xe đưa rước tại Bệnh Viện Đồng Nai / Ngã Tư Vũng Tàu / Cây Xăng Vina
