Mô tả công việc

  • Operational Management: Ensure all production activities of the EOL (End of Line) department under management are stable and achieve maximum effectiveness in accordance with company requirements.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all activities related to the production process at EOL are performed correctly as prescribed by the assigned functions, authority, and rights.
  • Performance Metrics: Ensure that output, quality, and loss levels in EOL production meet the regulated norms and objectives.
  • Product Development (PD): Ensure all activities related to Product Development are executed correctly according to the assigned functions and authorized protocols.

Technical & Operational Management

  • Operate EOL machines; set parameters per OI.
  • Standardize processes (control plans, checklists).
  • Define shift output targets.
  • Optimize manpower (headcount & roles).
  • Monitor performance (output, yield).
  • Perform daily MBWA across the plant.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, prevent recurrence.
  • Analyze data and drive improvements.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate risks and improve productivity.
  • Monitor and optimize energy usage.

Product Development & Projects

  • Support new product setup (output, parameters, trials, OI standardization).
  • Lead machine installation projects.
  • Coordinate PD activities.

Training & Collaboration

  • Train operators on machine operation and changeover.
  • Train teams on new products.
  • Collaborate with Production, QA, Sales, Maintenance, Suppliers.
  • Ensure HSE compliance.

Personnel Management & Authority

  • Plan staffing and assign roles.
  • Manage performance, rewards, and discipline with HR.
  • Approve administrative documents.
  • Approve PD documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proactive, technically competent, result-driven.

Disciplined, quick learner, strong people skills.

Education: Graduate College and above in technical, mechanical, or electrical majors.

Experience: * 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Preferred experience in the paper industry.

Skills: * Proficiency in office computer systems.

Ability to read and understand technical documents in English or Chinese (an advantage).

Basic understanding of quality and environmental management systems.

Planning: Able to plan, coordinate, and control targets.

Technical: Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical equipment principles.
