Mô tả công việc
- Maintains and updates the relevant cleaning/sanitation, pest control, quality related documentation
- Implement a Food Safety culture across the organization
- Cooperate with related sections to ensure implementation and compliance with the requirements of the quality and food safety system.
- Cooperate with other departments in handling the non-conformity of the quality and food safety system in a timely and accurately manner to ensure the productivity, quality, and food safety.
- Create, support and/or approve the maintenance of SOP’s, work instructions & methodologies linked to any quality criteria and specifications.
- Audit and review plant Quality records to ensure compliance and provide coaching to colleagues completing & archiving records.
- Escalate any findings to the relevant Quality Team member(s) as directed by the Plant Quality Manager.
- Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.
- Complete other work required as directed by the Quality Manager or delegates to support continuous improvement.

• Root cause and implementation of preventive action.
• Robust systems management and maintenance.
• Have CI (continuous improvement) mindset
• Quality continuous improvement projects implemented
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 01 year of experience in a Food Manufacturing or QA task.
• Knowledge and experience in Quality & Food Safety Programs, QA, Internal auditing
• Working efficiently on a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer/business requirements.
• Attending to detail and following written instructions
• Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing
• Project management and working on multiple activities at the same time
• MS office applications
