JOB SUMMARY
Vice Director has full responsibility and authority to manage operation to make sure IT achieves its objectives effectively and efficiently.
This position reports directly to Owners.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (may include, but not limited to the following):

1.    Strategic Leadership
-Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, client acquisitions and new value-added products or services.
-Provide regular reports and updates to Owners on processing operation, business performance and growth initiatives.
-Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

2.    Operational Management
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Factory, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
-Implement effective processes to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall productivity.
-Collaborate with Deputy Vice Director to set annual objectives for the company and be accountable for the results achieved.
-Oversees company policies, rules, regulations, procedures & systems.
-Supervise, evaluate the operational efficiency of Factory and Office Department.

3.    Sales and Business Development
-Lead the sales and business development efforts to drive revenue growth.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners to drive customer acquisition and retention.
-Catch up with market trends and market demands to develop and refine product strategies and offerings.
-Develop and execute sales and commercial strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

4.    Team Leadership and Development:
Provide strong leadership, guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Set clear performance goals and expectations for employees, regularly assess their performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training and development needs and implement initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

5.    Financial Management:
-Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
-Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability, and implement cost control measures as needed.
-Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for Owners.
-Manage and optimize the profits and losses of the company.
 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor's degree in Trading is a must; Master Degree is a plus
-Proficiency in both Korean (Topik II level 6) and English (Business level) is a must.
-Strong knowledge and understanding with at least 5-10 years of experience in seafood industry
-Excellent leadership skills, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position of seafood processing, import – export procedures, trading. 
-Receive CV in English only. 
-Understanding of Korean culture. 
-Business travel as required. 
-Ability to manage P&L and make strategic business decisions.
