Production Engineering Intern

1. Project Management

• Act as a project assistant by following up on projects, ensuring efficient project tracking, and completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Provide support in organizing project meetings and aiding in maintaining smooth workflows across departments.

2. IWS Preventive Maintenance Deployment Activities

• Host and facilitate meetings related to Preventive Maintenance (PM) deployment.
• Assist in data preparation and analysis to derive PM insights.
• Track the progress of PM steps deployment and ensure updates are accurately cascaded.

3. Production Engineering Support

• Aid in maintenance planning and SAP maintenance operations.
• Monitor daily actions, ensuring progress is cascaded and tracked effectively.
• Support the spare part preparation process to ensure readiness for maintenance tasks.

• Effective working relationship with cross-functional team within the organization
• Deep understanding in FMCG manufacturing
• Strong communications skill and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good general administrative and planning skills

• Working Location: Binh Chanh, Ho Chi Minh

• Transportation: Shuttle bus

• Duration: 6 months

• Allowance: 200,000 VND per working day. Approx. 4,200,000VND per month.

• Working hour: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM - 5.30PM
