Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for creating detailed production plans to ensure production schedules meet customer demands.
- Effectively manage raw materials, including demand forecasting, ordering, and inventory control.
- Closely collaborate with relevant departments (Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales) to ensure smooth production operations.
- Optimize production processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Track and analyze production data, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Address and resolve any production issues related to materials and schedules.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain management, and inventory management.
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in production planning software (ERP, MRP) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Chinese is a must.
