Project Management (Chinese / English)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Management (Chinese/ English, 1500$, ID 19834):

• Directly handle issues related to project setup progress, workforce allocation, and technical matters (including workforce quality at the site, customer requirements for setup, and follow-up processes).
• Flexibly manage unexpected situations during project implementation at factories in north
• Supervise and manage project cost of goods sold (COGS), support the sales team in pushing purchase orders (PO), acceptance, and payment processes.
• Prepare reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

• Experience in automation, electronics.
• Proven track record in managing projects within manufacturing plants.
• Proficiency in Chinese (all four skills) and good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and make flexible decisions.
• Strong resilience under work pressure.
