• Manage the work of the Purchasing department
• Plan and prioritize purchasing activities, adjust requirements accordingly.
• Plan to purchase items from domestic and foreign suppliers according to the requirements of departments to keep up with work progress
• Monitor and update daily purchasing prices of domestic and foreign suppliers
• Contact domestic and foreign suppliers, analyze prices to find reputable suppliers with the best prices
• Prepare reports on quality, quantity, price of goods and inventory quantity according to the prescribed time
• Coordinate with related departments to handle situations arising during the purchasing process.
• Negotiate, negotiate prices of raw materials, packaging and items of goods to be purchased
• Support employees in negotiating and solving problems with partners, departments, finding the best source of supply in terms of quality, price, payment terms...

• Good in English.
• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Supply Chain or related majors.
• At least 5 years experience in the same position
• Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly responsible, proactive and can work under high pressure.
