Develop and implement training plans for factory-wide employees on HACCP and GMP (basic and advanced), external training, and manage training programs of other departments.
Control and monitor the calibration, inspection and maintenance of equipment and auxiliary systems.
Review standard operating procedures (SOPs), original production documents/processes, job
Check the inspection certificate of raw materials (used for production and import and export), packaging, finished products and sign to accept warehousing or rejection.
Review and approve batch records and finished product release orders, standard operating procedures, test reports, outlines, validation/evaluation reports, and other specialized documents of the Quality System, such as the Quality Manual, Master Validation Plan, ETC.
Monitor product stability testing.
Check batch record setup and maintenance.
Monitoring of storage and preservation (raw materials for production and import-export, packaging, intermediate products, products waiting to be packaged, finished products)
Monitor the application of the code system on equipment, raw materials used for production and import and export, packaging and finished products.
Monitor the management of the entire HACCP and GMP document and record system.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: University degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Animal Science, Aquaculture, or related majors.
Experience: At least 3–4 years of experience in a similar position within QA/HACCP in food, feed, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
English: Good proficiency in both reading technical documents and verbal communication (able to communicate effectively in meetings and with international partners).
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of quality management software is a plus.
Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High sense of responsibility and flexibility to work when required.
