Mô tả công việc
- Communicate online/offline with overseas customers regarding new orders and shipments.
- Coordinate with factories in Vietnam, Korea, and China to monitor production and shipment schedules.
- Manage customer purchase orders and issue Proforma Invoices.
- Enter sales orders into the ERP system (SAP) and request production from the Purchasing team.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for selected camping products (e.g., Trekking Poles, Headrests, Umbrellas) to maintain proper inventory.
- Oversee shipments from Vietnam/Korea to overseas destinations and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and issue shipping documents, including Certificates of Origin, Debit/Credit Notes, and Insurance.
- Report sales orders through Groupware and upload shipment details to SAP.
- Work closely with factories to verify and cross-check Packing Lists and Invoices.
- Coordinate with all functional teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.
- Organize and manage inventory, storage, and transportation.
- Analyze and optimize logistics procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor shipment costs, timelines, and productivity; resolve issues related to inventory or shipping.
- Prepare and provide necessary documentation to the Sales team.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
