1. Develop Strategic Suppliers: Identify, evaluate, and select key suppliers for raw materials and packaging. Test new samples to ensure quality and quantity. Negotiate and prepare contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
2. Order and Delivery Management: Track purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely and quality supplies. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues and maintain sufficient materials for production.
3. Market and Cost Monitoring: Monitor market prices for items like LME metals, sugar, OCC paper, and other macro/micro factors affecting costs.
4. Procurement and Contract Management: Supervise all purchasing activities, negotiate with existing suppliers, and find new ones when needed. Manage and oversee related supply chain contracts.
5. Operational Efficiency: Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and maximize resource use, including materials, spare parts, and manpower. Oversee regular equipment maintenance and calibration across the factory.
6. KPI and Budget Management: Implement team KPIs, monitor performance, and achieve targets. Assist management in preparing the annual budget and control costs within the approved budget.

Age: From 27 years old

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

• At least 5 experience years in Supply Chain Management in the manufacturing company or related industry and 3 years experience in the similar position.
• Experience in the Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferable.
• Knowledge and experience in spare parts management for local and international procurement in Food & Beverages is a plus.

Soft skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good management skills such as planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, ETC.
• Good English communication skills.

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Mon – Fri & alternative Sat

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
