Incumbency and responsibility

1 Control work of import-export and coordinate with other department.

2 Submit summary monthly report of export to top management.

3 Follow up L/C document and checking.

4 Checking Norm for export & control consumption (norm) to matching between accounting & customs

5 Control and Approve liquidation & do customs statement by monthly & yearly

6 Control all the work of import-export to hit a target.

7 Contact customs, Chamber, Industrial of Investment.

8 Contact customs broker, trucking company, forwarder.

9 Chossen customs broker, trucking company, forwarder as per company policy.

10 Checking procedure and behavior subordinates.

11 In the implementation of the work must take care about safety of their own hygiene. Colleagues and others.

12 Perform other work assigned by top management.

1 Customer received document on time.

2 Customer received goods as per requirement.
