• Prepare financial statements and management reports as required by the Board of Directors and the Head Office in Singapore.
• May conduct financial analysis, assess business performance, and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors to maximize profitability and improve efficiency.
• COMMUNICATE, EXCHANGE INFORMATION, AND SUBMIT REPORTS IN ENGLISH WITH THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT IN SINGAPORE.
• Directly liaise and work with banks, tax authorities, and other external parties.
• Review and control accounting data and documents to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Coordinate in reviewing and standardizing internal accounting and financial processes.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director to support overall company operations.

• Graduated with a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position or as a general accountant.
• Proficient in accounting and finance operations, with a solid understanding of current legal regulations.
• Good English skills (report writing, email communication, and basic conversation).
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, independent work.
• Sharp problem-solving skills, able to work independently with good communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate tasks effectively
• Demonstrates honesty, attention to detail, and agility in work conduct and task execution
• Strong skills in collaboration, communication, persuasion, negotiation, and flexible problem-solving.
