Design creative assets for outsourcing projects, including social media posts, advertisements, banners, key visuals, app store screenshots, and other marketing materials.
Work closely with Project Managers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet quality standards and deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Marketing, Development, ETC.) to develop and refine creative concepts.
Revise and optimize designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Support creative production for in-house game products when required.
Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
At least 1+ year of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing, mobile apps, or the gaming industry.
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
A portfolio showcasing digital marketing creatives, branding, or visual design projects.
Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and open to feedback.
