Mô tả công việc
- Develop and execute creative and conceptual execution for marcom, branding, marketing, digital, and product design.
- Design compelling graphics, illustrations, presentations, and motion designs for various platforms.
- Create user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and engagement.
- Work on print and digital media, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing & communication, product, and development teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to elevate our creative output.
- Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD/line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, branding, and motion graphics.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD), Figma, Sketch, and other design tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary design work across various industries and platforms.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for web, mobile, social media, and print.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and design systems is a plus.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and time management skills.
