Legal Specialist (Trading, $600, Id21376)

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Legal Specialist (Trading, $600, ID21376)

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the Board of Directors (BOD) and business units on legal and regulatory matters.
• Prepare, compile, and submit legal documentation related to corporate registration, licensing, and investment activities of the company and its branches.
• Draft, review, revise, and verify contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in both English and Vietnamese before execution.
• Monitor and update changes in applicable laws and regulations, ensuring the company's operations remain compliant with current legal requirements.
• Maintain, organize, and manage legal documents, contracts, and corporate records in accordance with the company's document control policies.
• Support the Legal Manager and the BOD in handling legal matters arising from the company's daily operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities when required to resolve legal and compliance issues.
• Perform other legal and compliance-related duties as assigned by the Legal Manager or the Board of Directors.

• Male/ Female. Under 40 years old
• University graduation with major in Law
• Having 1- 2 years of working experience
• Good at English, special in speaking and writing – Toeic 500 or equivalent or IELTS 5.0
• Experience in Law Firm about Investment is preferred
