Merchandise Manager (2200 Usd, Id12380)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Merchandise Manager (2200 USD, ID12380)

• In charge of working with customers for order and price negotiation negotiations according to the company policies
• Communicate with head office for the issues of sampling, order placement, capacities...
• Monitor the merchandising team, following the whole process from sales contract to shipment
• Provide training and development programs for the team
• Develop SOP for effective improvements of any new process
• Work with the customers, local subcontracts, and seeking new partners for future collaboration
• Concentrate on the new local business to allocate orders during the low-demand season
• Other tasks as assigned by upper manager

• Gender: Male/ Female; Age: 35-45 years old
• Graduated from university major in business administration or other related majors
• At least 5 years of experience in similar position, working in garment, textile industries
• Proficient use of English
