Mô tả công việc
- Support Korean Manager in costing, order summary and WIP updates.
- Update order details on the ERP system, including fabric material quantities, factory supplies, fabric & trim stock management.
- Follow up on sample development and production schedules.
- Monitor fabric & trim schedules and promptly report any issues to the Manager.
- Prepare worksheets and necessary documents for the factory.
- Coordinate communication between the Korea Sales Team and factory.
- Monitor production progress, report and support solving issues during production.
- Prepare payment vouchers for suppliers and update payment status.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in English; fresh graduates are welcome.
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in a related position.
- Hard-working, responsible and willing to work overtime when required.
- Experience in garment/textile manufacturing or merchandising is an advantage.
