Job Summary:

• The Import–Export Documentation Staff for the agricultural commodities sector is responsible for managing all shipping documents and regulatory requirements related to exporting and importing agricultural goods such as cashew nuts, coffee, pepper, sesame seeds, beans, spices, and other raw or processed agricultural products.
• This role ensures that all documents are accurate, compliant with agricultural export standards, and processed in a timely manner to support smooth customs clearance and shipment flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify all documentation required for exporting products like commercial Invoice, packing list,... as required as per shipments
• Work closely with factory, quality team and other departments as required.
• Co-ordination with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Track shipment schedules (ETD,ETA), container numbers, and vessel information.
• Update shipment status to customers, sales teams, and management.
• Prepare weekly or monthly logistics reports as required by manager as and when required.
• Assist in handling claims for shipments (quality issues, weight loss, moisture deviation, container damage,...).

• College/ University degree and if in International Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or Logistics is a plus.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in export documentation.
• Fresh graduates with good knowledge of logistics or agriculture may be considered.
• Good English communication, especially in emails and documentation.

• On-site at Long An factory; Standard hours Mon – Sat, Sat being half day.
