Process Excellence Analyst (Warehouse Operation)- Nhân Viên Cải Tiến Quy Trình

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and well announced to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all teams.

SOP Improving & Change Managing

• Investigate, develop, and implement action plan for initial lean process improvement, Kaizen activities
• Centralize & refine Organization SOPs, also ensure those SOPs have to align with company requirement
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify and implement process improvement initiatives that will help us achieve our business goals.
• Ensure that process excellence initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
   

Evaluate & Measure

• Evaluating lean tools and activities, also reporting on the progress of process excellence initiatives.
• Designing a new layout for the new model and collecting data.
• Conducting periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that process and Standard Operating
• Procedures (SOPs).

Data Analysis

• Analyze data, create formula to forecast next trending
• Combine data from all department
• Automate update data for tracking periodically
• Calculate inventory data from all status, synchronize to assure quantity accuracy

• Can work in BinhDuong, travel long time on business trip if need
• Can be flexible to work in operations
• At least 2 years in E-commerce, Fulfillment, warehouse with data deep dive
• Graduated from Industrial Engineering/Logistics/E-commerce/Supply Chain field
• Willingness to multitask, prioritize, maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and meet or exceed deadlines.
• Well communication and presentation, change management, and project management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities, data-driven mindset is a plus
