• Support U.S. clients in sourcing, supplier communication, and contract negotiation.
• Manage sampling, production, logistics, and shipment tracking (EXW, FOB, CIF, ETC.).
• Draft bilingual contracts, handle onboarding, ensure supplier compliance.
• Ensure quality control, timely updates, and cross-border communication.
• Be available for occasional evening calls with U.S-based clients to ensure real-time communication across time zones
• Strong English skills (TOEFL iBT ≥ 80 or equivalent).
• Great communicator with solid planning, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to learn, collaborate, and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of international trade and logistics is a strong advantage.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
