Consult with US clients on project scope and lead multiple complex procurement consulting projects.
Develop project plan, instruct the team to conduct the projects
Analyze spend, define sourcing strategies, and improve procurement processes.
Conduct supplier market analysis and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Prepare RFQ/RFP packages, evaluate supplier bids, and advise clients on supplier selection.
Present insights and recommendations to US clients in English.
Support supplier onboarding, performance reviews, and supplier relationship management.
Analyze procurement KPIs (cost savings, quality, lead time, compliance) and report to clients.
Ensure all procurement activities follow legal and best-practice standards.
Conduct training sessions and share best practices with client teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or consulting (preferably in procurement consulting).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (spoken & written); experienced with English-speaking clients.
Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Be available for occasional evening calls with U.S. clients to support cross-border communication and alignment.
