Responsibilities

Receive pre-orders/ orders from the supply chain management (SCM)/ merchandiser and relay information to the factories.
Receive renderings and coordinate with the merchandise team and factories to develop samples.
Work with factories for the production plan & get back to SCM
Maintain close daily communication with the SCM team in the Netherlands to stay informed about potential challenges and issues.
Monitor the production process, generate accurate and timely reports so all relating teams will have full information & make the correct decisions
Anticipate production issues and challenges by closely monitoring processes and operations, enabling proactive problem-solving and mitigation by discussion with relating people.
Monitor the production process, generate accurate and timely reports in the TS system to ensure that all stakeholders have access to up-to-date information for making informed decisions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with factory owners and management to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communication channels.
Come to factories regularly to monitor & get actual production situations at factories.
Other task assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

At least 5 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE OF PRODUCTION PLANNER (Experience in the FURNITURE FIELD is BIG ADVANTAGE).
FLUENT ENGLISH to daily communicate with foreigner
Strong computer skills, EXCEL & DATA ANALYTICAL SKILLs.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Good negotiation skills.
Good time management skills, organizational skills
Hands-on experience with ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in fast pace international environment.
Teamwork spirit and able to travel when needed.
