Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Director (Contract Logistics, $3000, ID19719):
Strategic Leadership:
- In alignment with the company’s Global Sales strategy, develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies to strengthen market presence and brand visibility, while achieving targeted revenue growth and profitability from both existing clients and prospective customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, industry changes, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer demands to support informed strategic decision-making.
- Lead the annual commercial planning process, including sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and budget preparation.
- Support the company’s growth initiatives by recommending new acquisitions, products, solutions, investments, and strategic partnerships in line with market potential and the company’s long-term Strategic Roadmap.
- Oversee the management and development of existing customer accounts, manage contract renewals, and implement actions to minimize customer churn.
- Uphold and enhance the company’s reputation for excellence among customers, suppliers, and across the broader market.
Sales Management:
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve both individual and collective performance objectives.
- Drive business development activities across warehousing, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
- Define, track, and optimize sales KPIs, pipeline performance, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Establish, strengthen, and sustain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and potential clients through regular engagement, site visits, and active participation in industry associations and professional organizations, with the aim of deeply understanding their needs and translating them into profitable business opportunities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Gender: Male/Female; under 45 years old.
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Director for Logistics and Contract Logistics companies from Global organizations.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong in Business Development, Account management skills
