- Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries about products and services
- Performing customer verifications
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
- Organizing workflow to meet customer time frame
- Keeping records about customer interactions and transactions
- Maintaining customer databases and administrative relations
- Cooperating well with other departments
- Handling other duties as assigned
- Experienced in compliance position is advantage
