1. Preparing and update project schedules, such as Master Schedule, Detailed Schedule, or any plans requested by team leader.

2. Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and corrective actions.

3. Preparing and updating weekly/monthly progress reports, analyzing delays and proposing corrective measures.

4. Monitoring payment schedules from the client and payments to contractors.

5. Coordinating with site, engineering, technical, construction, procurement, and subcontractor, ETC., to ensure project progress according to plan.

6. Review drawing, specifications, and technical documents.

7. Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

8. Other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

2. At least 5 years of experience working on similar EPC factory projects (experience with Korean projects is preferred)

3. Good understanding of construction/project management processes.

3. Fluent English (able to communicate with Korean managers in English/Korean)

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (able to present professional reports)

5. Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills (team work).

6. Basic cost control knowledge is necessary.

7. Able to work overtime as required (overtime pay according to regulations)

8. EPC Project Control Management experience a plus.

9. Candidates with experience using Primavera P6 or MS Project are preferred.

1. Salary: 25,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND Gross.

2. Social insurance contributions based on 60% of gross salary.

3. Monthly leave, public holidays as per regulations.
