Tender Engineer

• Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for cost estimation.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial tender proposals for electrical systems.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive quotations for equipment such as switchboards, transformers, UPS, and generators.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet project requirements and budget constraints.
• Prepare cost analysis, risk assessments, and technical compliance statements for bidding documents.
• Manage and maintain a database of pricing and technical specifications for electrical products.

• Gender: Female preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Preferred) or related fields.
• Experience: Proven experience in electrical engineering and the tendering process.
• Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with electrical equipment, including switchboards, transformers, UPS, and generators.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel for technical review and cost calculation.
• Core Skills: Excellent with numbers and Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs accurately.
• Language: Basic/Practical English (Ability to read specs and handle emails; professional fluency is NOT required)
