• Identify and develop customers who have import/export needs by sea, air, and inland transportation.

• Consult and provide freight quotations (Sea/Air/Inland) based on suitable schedules and routes for customers.

• Negotiate, close deals, and monitor the entire shipping process until cargo is successfully delivered.

• Work with shipping lines, airlines, and domestic transport partners to obtain competitive rates, secure bookings, and track shipment schedules.

• Coordinate with the Documentation, Operations, and Customs Clearance teams to ensure smooth customs procedures and on-time cargo delivery.

• Manage customer database, monitor contracts and debts, and provide after-sales service to maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Maintain and develop existing customers.

• At least 1 years experienced in logistics / import / export / forwarding / supply chain is required.

• Experience in logistics / import / export / forwarding / supply chain is required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or any relevant majors is required.

• There are open team leader/manager positions for potential candidates.

• Deep understanding of the ocean and air freight market.

• Motivated with a strong customer service driven attitude.

• Fluent in Vietnamese/ English/ Chinese/ Japanese language.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Base salary: 10.000.000 VNĐ - 15.000.000VNĐ + Attractive commission
