Handle export documentation: contracts, invoices, packing lists using ERP software
Contact shipping lines for booking, coordinate container arrivals at the factory
Declare information via Customs software
Prepare documents for L/C payment
Handle related paperwork and procedures
Further job details will be discussed during the interview

Females only, Good communication with English, knowing Chinese is a big advantage (CV only English or Chinese)

At least 2 years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
