- Operational Leadership:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Office Management:
- Recruiting, training & coaching, supervising, and motivating a team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure the working attitude, working hours as well as dress code, mutual support spirit of team members to enhance working environment.
- Monitoring HCM HR & admin’s budget as well as ensure complying company’s policy and discipline.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate freight movement, monitor shipments, and optimize routes to enhance overall transportation efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing proactive solutions.
- Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as maintaining a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Resource Allocation:
Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to meet operational demands and budgetary constraints.
- Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and enhanced operational effectiveness.
- Financial Management & Reporting:
- Take responsibility to manage profit/loss of HCM office, liquidity and cash flows of HCM office’s business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations as well as Corp. policies.
- On behalf of HCM office to liaise/communicate/work with related parties and authorities to ensure business operation smoothly and for the local legal compliance.
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-Annually/Annually report as per request of management team.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics with a proven track record in a managerial role of 2-3 years at least.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Problem-Solving:
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Communication:
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of forwarder and logistics industry practices, regulations, and trends.
- Technology Proficiency:
- Familiarity with logistics software and technology tools for tracking, routing, and inventory management.
