Mô tả công việc
- Import-Export Coordination:
- Prepare and manage the import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
- Track shipments and communicate status updates to relevant parties.
- Manage and store relevant documents and expenses in the process of import and export of goods.
- Purchasing Support:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing products from suppliers.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers.
- Sales Assistance:
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist in order processing and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain customer database and assist in customer relationship management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from specialized universities or colleges related to Import and Export.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in import-export or related fields.
- Demonstrated honesty, attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
