Customer Experience & Product Strategy Specialist

• Monitor shipment progress, identify operational risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth delivery performance  
• Ensure all operational milestones and shipment updates are tracked accurately and timely  

Customer Experience Management 

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries  
• Provide accurate information regarding shipment status, transit timelines, customs requirements, and service solutions  
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and solution-oriented support  
• Support customer review meetings by contributing operational insights and improvement suggestions  

Supplier & Product Development 

• Develop and maintain a strong supplier and partner network locally and globally  
• Conduct regular evaluations on supplier performance, pricing competitiveness, and service quality  
• Identify new logistics products, trade lane opportunities, and service improvements through market research and supplier discussions  
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ service offerings  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Business, Import-Export, or related fields 
• At least 1-year working in the same position 
• Good at Communication, Problem solving, Time and Job planning management skills 
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail 
• Strong analytical thinking, data management, and structural thinking capability 
• Self-starter, proactive manner & can-do mindset. 
• Passionate about logistics, international trade, and supply chain industry  
• Good command of English (Written & Spoken) 
• Additional foreign languages are a plus 

• 85% gross salary during the 2-month probation period
